How a great experience can make a lasting impression and a loyal customer

Great service is always worth noting.  A week ago I noticed an issue with my iPhone.  With an Apple store not far from work I went over to get my phone fixed.  As I entered the store I noticed it was busy with people everywhere.  I was immediately asked by an Apple associate if he could help me.  After explaining why I had come to the store, he told me there was about an hour and a half wait and asked if I would like to make an appointment.  I quickly made an appointment to come back after work that same day which the associate noted on a scheduler in the iPad he was holding.  I returned later, checked in, and within minutes had a technician diagnosing my phone.  He pointed out the issue and we discussed the best course of action.  About 15 minutes later I walked out very happy that my phone was fixed and also amazed that not once was I told there would be any cost for this service?  There wasn’t, it was completely free!  I have had a cell phone for many years and like many have had my share of problems, many my own fault.  In most, if not all prior cases I was immediately told, “It will cost you to fix this”.  Sometimes almost as much as the phone itself!  It was refreshing to be taken care of so well and just added to the great overall experience I have had with Apple products.

As I drove home from this experience it made me think of the services we offer here at NEOS and how we aim to provide a similar customer experience as I had had with Apple.   Like Apple, we feel that your experience should be about more than just the product you purchased. We all know that there are dozens of places you can go to purchase the same product, but it’s the overall experience that makes the lasting impression… just as I could have purchased a smart phone from lots of different manufacturers, the experiences I have had with Apple have made me a loyal customer.
