I guess I would consider myself kind of a tablet owner… a Kindle Fire is considered a tablet, right? Anyway, according to TechCrunch.com about 25% of Americans owned a tablet as of December 2012. They’ve quickly become an everyday part of a lot of people’s lives.

I came across an interesting infographic that details some potential health hazards related to using tablets… mainly ergonomic related. Tablets can basically be used anywhere, so the concept of ergonomics tends to go out the window when we’re using them.
